Submission declined on 15 December 2024 by Jamiebuba (talk). This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of people). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.

Mike Green (born 12 March 1978) is a Church of England clergyman. He is the current and first vicar of the parish of Kildwick, Cononley & Bradley, which includes the ancient church of St Andrew's Kildwick in the Diocese of Leeds.
Green completed his ordination training at St Mellitus College[1][2]; and ordained deacon in 2019.[3] He was ordained priest at Michaelmas 2020 (4 October), at Dewsbury Minster, by Jonathan Gibbs, Bishop of Huddershield.[4] His first post was a curacy at St Saviours Brownhill (a small area between Birstall and Batley), towards the end of which he was seconded to run the parishes of St Mary's Gomersal and St Paul's Birkenshaw for 6 months. After which he took up the post as vicar at Kildwick, Cononley & Bradley.[5] In 2023 Green was made the Assistant Area Dean for the deanery of South Craven and Wharfedale.[6]
Prior to ordination Green was an Engineer[2], starting as an engineering apprentice after leaving school, before working his way up to be an Engineering Manager before leaving to train for ordination.
