Mitla Cafe is a restaurant in San Bernardino, California. It is the oldest Mexican restaurant in San Bernardino[1], and it was founded in 1937 by Lucia Rodriguez and Vicente Montano. Mitla Cafe inspired Glen Bell, the founder of Taco Bell, who later started selling hard-shelled tacos after visiting[2].
