Background

SCP: Anomaly Breach 2 is a game on Roblox which is an anticipation and recreation of SCP: Containment Breach. The game is created by Roblox user yesnoYW and the game was created on October 2nd 2020 and currently has 6 badges and has gained over 17 Million visits since the creation date. Now a little backstory into the profile who made the "Remake" Of the original SCP: Anomaly Breach. yesnoYW or as their first username wubby3x1 joined roblox. Wubby3x1 joined Roblox on June 9th 2018. They changed usernames multipule time specifically 4 times which means they have had more than 1,000R$ Or 1,000 Robux before. And since then this user has inspired over 15 million Roblox users to do great things and create their own experiences on Roblox. All thanks to SCP: Anomaly Breach

Backstory

SCP: Anomaly Breach was created by Wubby301 on October 19, 2015 (10/19/2015), based on the game SCP - Containment Breach. It gained over 3.8M+ place visits and continued to gain a huge traction in the community.

Tragically enough, Future is Bright (Phase 3) was released by Roblox which, although, brought various optimizations as well as new features, also introduced breaking changes to the lighting system and ultimately broke the game lighting. Wubby301 decided it was better to cancel the game, and on July 7, 2019 (7/7/2019), the game was changed, and deleted, with the new title being "scp ab is br,oken". Before long, SCP-AB was hacked massively and it's the major problem of the game.

Though nothing would have happened if the game had the description roblox updates new lighting and the group ruined it, Wubby301 added stop asking for it to come back, and therefore, many people became frustrated about this as they thought that they spent their Robux for nothing. They mass-reported Wubby301, and eventually, Roblox terminated Wubby301‘s account.

A few months later, Breakify asked Wubby301 for permission to reupload his game, and on September 16, 2019 (9/16/2019), a similar game called SCP Anomaly Breach was published, using the same script modules as the original.

Development

After another year and a few months, Wubby301 came back on a alternative account called YesnoYW and did a remake of his old game, Anomaly Breach (which is the current Anomaly Breach 2) on October 2, 2020 (10/2/2020), with the title SCP: anomaly breach 2. The development begins.

He and his team created SCP: Anomaly Breach 2 using the Roblox Studio engine created by Roblox. They made custom models, reworked on the scripts from the original game and assets to complete the game. Eventually, the game was released with the short trailer of the game, which you can watch here.

On the game creation, there have been some differences between the base game, SCP: CB and AB2. AB2 is only minorly influenced by the UE mod, and only a few SCPs have been added without any map alterations to keep the original gameplay experience.

Plot

Class-D Plot: You are a Class-D, which is about to partake in SCP-173 testing. Due to SCP-079 staying in control of the facility, the containment door of SCP-173 cannot be closed. As such, SCP-173 breached containment, resulting in facility-wide lockdown. Your mission is to escape the facility as fast as possible and possibly achieve what the Foundations may never accomplish along your way, while avoiding all threats which may occur.

Foundation Personnel Plot (including the Medical Dept.): You are a Facility Personnel stuck inside the site when the containment breach happens with SCP-079 staying in control of the site. You must escape the unforgiving site as soon as possible, and possibly, help the Foundation a bit in recontaining stuffs and eliminate Defectors. Try to not be cuffed or be in a body bag. It's the worst nightmare you will ever have.

Guard Plot: You are a Guard who is the security force of the facility. Help the Foundation Personnel to find their way to safety, and eliminate all threats which appear on the way. Co-operate with the MTF because you two have the same objectives: Resecure the site, rescue the Foundation Personnel and kill the Defectors! Just remember that teamwork is very important.

MTF Plot: You are a Mobile Task Force operative assigned to this site. Your mission is to retake the site and escort Foundation Personnel to safety. Recontain all SCPs, secure all locations, help Foundation Personnel to escape and also don't forget to kill any intruders and Class-D to make the site security ensured!

CI Plot: You are a Chaos Insurgency agent, one of the Foundation defectors. Whoever you are, remember: Do not allow MTF to retake the site, and lead the Class-D to their escape. Kill your enemies, steal SCPs or helpful stuff and accomplish your final goal: lead the Foundation to hell!
