Spii, short for Strategic Partner Intelligence Interface, is an Italian firm that specializes in crafting and designing Human-Machine Interface machinery,

components and safety devices for the railway and e-vehicle sector under parent company Schaltbau GmbH.

History[edit]

Engineer Angelo Foiadelli established SPII in Milan in 1947 as “Industrial Engineering Professional Studio”.

In 2015, the German company Schaltbau Group officially acquired SPII as a “Strategic Partner Intelligent Interface”.

Products[edit]

SPII deals with the design and production of human-machine interface systems.

Furthermore, Spii offers assistance and engineering support for all of Schaltbau group's products on the Italian market: contactors, HV switches, snap switches for railway, connectors and industrial/electric mobility applications.
