Ulvi Mammadov was born on February 10, 1999, in Sumqayit, Azerbaijan. From an early age, his interest in sports led him to pursue karate. Ulvi quickly mastered the fundamental principles of the sport and progressed rapidly in this field. After completing his secondary education, he entered the Police Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, where he received legal education and graduated with honors. During his studies at the academy, he also developed his military skills and physical strength, earning the rank of lieutenant.
