What's Up: Balloon to the Rescue! is a 2009 animated comedy film created by Brazilian animation studio Video Brinquedo. It is a mockbuster of Pixar's animated film Up, which was released the same year. The film serves as a sequel to Little and Big Monsters, another mockbuster produced by Video Brinquedo to imitate the 2009 DreamWorks film Monsters vs. Aliens.
