Woodbury Davis (July 25, 1818 – August 13, 1871), of Portland, Maine, was a justice of the Maine Supreme Judicial Court from October 10, 1855 to 1865.

Born at Standish, Maine, Davis read law to gain admission to the bar in 1847. He briefly served as the Maine State Treasurer in 1855, but was appointed as an associate justice on October 10, 1855. Removed by address on April 11, 1856, he was reappointed on February 25, 1857, serving thereafter until his resignation in 1865. He died in Portland. [1]
