Rewrite needed

Someone needs to read the sources and then rewrite the article based on what they say. As written, the focus of the article is the Pervez Parwaz case, not the riots.

• If the riots are topic of the article, the focus of the article should be the riots.
• If the topic of the article is the Pervez Parwaz case, then "2007 Gorakhpur riots" is the wrong article title.

The style of text within the article is clearly based on various legal documents on the web - I do not think that the article is a copyright violation - but this comparison with indiankanoon.org/doc/129115615 shows the same writing style. If there were a Lawyers-Wikipedia, that might be a great style. It is not the right style for Wikipedia. -- Toddy1 (talk) 19:17, 14 March 2024 (UTC)
