The Drajna River is a left tributary of the river Teleajen in Romania. It discharges into the Teleajen in Drajna de Jos. It flows through the villages Slon, Valea Lespezii, Cerașu, Valea Borului, Podurile, Drajna, Pițigoi and Drajna de Jos.
