The dusky bush tanager (Chlorospingus semifuscus) is a species of bird traditionally placed in the family Thraupidae, but now viewed closer to Arremonops in the Emberizidae.

It is found in Colombia and Ecuador. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist montane forests.
