Dyspessa tyumasevae is a moth in the Cossidae family. It was described by Yakovlev in 2008. It is found in Turkey.

The length of the forewings is 9.5–11 mm (0.37–0.43 in). The forewings are light yellow with a light-brown pattern. The hindwings are dark-brown, with a yellowish border.[1]
