Ecpyrrhorrhoe rubiginalis is a species of moth of the family Crambidae. It is found in Central and Southern Europe.

The wingspan is 16–22 mm.

The larvae feed on Stachys officinalis, Galeopsis tetrahit and Ballota nigra.
