Edward Pearce (1832 – 13 October 1922) was a 19th-century Member of Parliament in Wellington, New Zealand.

He represented the City of Wellington electorate from 1871 to 1877, when he resigned.[1]

He was the Government appointed member of the Wellington Harbour Board for 16 years and its chairman for 5 years.

Pearce emigrated to New Zealand in 1861, but returned to England after 1899. He died at Cheltenham, England, on 13 October 1922.[2]
