Ekanem Ikpi Braide (born 6 March 1946) is a Nigerian Vice Chancellor of Federal University of Technology in Lafia.

Life

Braide was born in Cross River State in 1946. She studied zoology at the University of Ife before obtaining her Masters and Doctorate in Parasitology at Cornell University in New York. She was the Vice Chancellor of the Federal University, Lafia.[1] She is also one of the board members of Nigeria's foremost non-governmental organization, Society for Family Health, Nigeria.[2]
