Elias Diab

Elias Diab, a Lebanese photographer who believe in his camera and his team members. Born in 1978. He Consider his artwork as a spread of the good image of his country Lebanon prior his passion/work to the world.

Career

He decided on a career as a photographer in 1999. His work has since appeared in many of the Lebanese’s foremost publications and magazines. His talent authorized him to be in 2000 the official photographer of Melhem Karam “Head of the Lebanese Journalist Union”.

In early 2004 Elias Diab chose to venture away from conventional photographic style and developed a taste for telling stories through his photographs. Thus, he established in 2005 “Beyond the Image” company and started in 2008 to train a new generation in photography.

For him photographs are each frozen moments and when you look into them they become stories. Full of feeling and full of life. His greatest passion as a photographer is to create imagery that will stir something up in your soul “I want to evoke a dormant memory, inspire the uninspired and save the lost”.

In 2016, he published a book titled "250 Beyond My Journeys" where he collected photographs of sceneries and landscape from over 10 countries on the planet to show th beauty of each from his own perspective. The event was covered extensively on different online and offline magazines and publications.
