Private life and education

Hill was born on 30 June 1975 in Phoenix, Arizona.[1] She is a member of the Roman Catholic church,[1] is married to Tyler Smith, and has three children named Elliot, Evan, and Jackson.[1] She attended the Albertson College of Idaho in 1994, received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology (with an English Minor) from Boise State University in 1997, and received a Juris Doctorate from the University of Idaho College of Law in 2001.
