Eltek Power Systems AS is a global power conversion specialist that develop and market energy systems for telecom and industrial applications. They also offer other information and communication related services The company is based in Drammen, Norway. Eltek carries out the main part of its business through their company Eltek AS and its subsidiaries.

History

The company dates back to 1970. In 1998 it was listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange.[1][2] under the name Eltek ASA. In 2007 the company bought the United States based Valere Power[3][4] In 2015, Eltek ASA was acquired by Delta Electronics delisted from the Oslo Stock Exchange and also changed name to Eltek Power Systems AS.
