Emanuel Porumbaru (Romanian: Emanoil Porumbaru) (1845 – October 11, 1921)[1][2] was a Romanian politician who served as the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Romania from January 4, 1914 until December 7, 1916 under the reign of Romanian Kings Carol I and Ferdinand.[3][4]
He died on October 11, 1921 in Bucharest. Street in Bucharest is named after Porumbaru.[5]
