Emil Kirjas

Emil Kirjas (born 26 June 1975 in Skopje) is a Macedonian politician. He is secretary-general of Liberal International in London.[1] He is a former President of the International Federation of Liberal Youth (IFLRY),[2] a position which he occupied since Autumn 2003. Next to his role as IFLRY President, Kirjas was junior minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Macedonia from 2004 to 2006.[3]

He graduated with a master's degree in geopolitics from King's College London in 2007 where he was a Chevening Scholar.[1]
