Emperor Hanzei

Emperor Hanzei (反正天皇 Hanzei Tennō) was the 18th emperor of Japan, according to the traditional order of succession. No firm dates can be assigned to this emperor or to his reign, but he is believed to have ruled the country during the early 5th century CE. The description of him in the Kojiki is daunting. Hanzei was said to be over nine feet tall and have enormous teeth all the same size. He ruled from the palace of Shibakaki at Tajihi. The country enjoyed peace and Hanzei died peacefully in his palace.
