Enrique J.A. Candioti (born May 23, 1936 in Santa Fe, Argentina) is a Member (1997-2016) and former Chairman of the United Nations International Law Commission, former Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs and Legal Adviser of the Argentine Foreign Ministry, former Ambassador to the United States of America, Germany, Australia and New Zealand. He served as a career diplomat of the Republic of Argentina for 51 years between 1955 and 2006. Specializations: public international law, law of the sea, territorial and boundary matters, international arbitration.
