Erik Konrad Affholter (born April 10, 1966 in Detroit, Michigan) is a former professional American football wide receiver in the National Football League for the Green Bay Packers. He played college football at the University of Southern California and was drafted in the fourth round of the 1989 NFL Draft by the Washington Redskins.

He now coaches for wolfpack football in Anthem, Arizona.[citation needed]
