The common name of Erimystax insignis is the blotched chub. It is one of the 324 fish species found in Tennessee.[1]

Geographic distribution

Found in the Cumberland and Tennessee River drainages in Virginia, North Carolina, Kentucky, Tennessee, Georgia and Alabama. [2]
