Ethambutol/isoniazid is a medication used to treat tuberculosis.[1] It is a fixed dose combination of ethambutol and isoniazid.[1] It is used along with other antituberculosis medication.[1] It is taken by mouth.[1]

Side effects are those of the underlying medications.[1] More common side effects include poor coordination, numbness, and liver problems.[2] Liver problems may be severe and are more likely in people over the age of 50.[2] Use is not recommended in children.[1] It is unclear if use in pregnancy is safe for the baby.[2]

It is on the World Health Organization's List of Essential Medicines, the most effective and safe medicines needed in a health system.[3] The wholesale cost in the developing world is about 1.47 to 1.99 USD a month.[4] The combination product is not available in Canada or the United States.[2]
