Eupoecilia citrinana is a species of moth of the family Tortricidae. It is found in China (Beijing, Hebei, Heilongjiang, Henan, Hunan, Jilin, Shaanxi, Tianjin), Japan, Korea and Russia.[2]

The wingspan is 13–17 mm.[3]
