The Fagligt Fælles Forbund (3F) is a trade union centre in Denmark. It was formed in 2004 from the merger of the Kvindeligt Arbejderforbund i Danmark, KAD (National Union of Women Workers) and the Specialarbejderforbundet i Danmark, SID (Danish General Workers' Union). KAD was founded in 1885 and was an all-women union.

The 3F is an affiliate of the Danish Confederation of Trade Unions.
