Fernando Andrés Meneses Cornejo (born September 27, 1985, in Maule, Chile) is a Chilean midfielder, who plays for Colo-Colo. He came up through Colo-Colo's youth ranks and debut on May 10, 2003, against Huachipato. His first goal came on October 24, 2004, against Union San Felipe. He was loaned to O'Higgins in the summer of 2006. However him and former O'Higgins coach Jorge Garces had a tumultuous relationship and his exit from the club was not pleasant. He was then signed by Cobreloa, where he stayed until 2007. Meneses along with Leandro Delgado and Felipe Flores, were all let go by Cobreloa in the middle of the 2007 Clausura tournament because of indiscipline. The three players abandoned the team hotel without permission to attend a party. [1] After almost two years off the team, Meneses made his return to Colo-Colo in 2008.

He was a part of the 2005 FIFA World Youth Championship with Chile. He wore jersey number seven. Since then he has been called up to the adult squad for friendlies.

In May 2008, Meneses took part in the 2008 Toulon Tournament with Chile and played in all five games.
