Football career

During his career, spent entirely in Spain but always in the lower leagues – never in higher than Tercera División – Silva played for FC Andorra, AD Cerro de Reyes, PD Santa Eulàlia, Imperio de Mérida CP (two spells), CF Villanovense, CD Badajoz, CD Guadiana and UD Monte Louro.

He made his international debut for Andorra in 2002 and went on to gain more than 50 caps, scoring two goals.
