The Fess Hotel is located in Madison, Wisconsin. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1978.[1]

History

The hotel was owned by English immigrant George Fess. It remained in his family until it was sold in 1973. The building then became a restaurant. In 1975, it was designated a landmark by the Madison Landmarks Commission.[2]
