GLITS, or Graham's Line Identification Tone System, is a test tone created to identify which channel of a stereo system you are listening to. The left channel is interrupted for 250ms once every 4 seconds. 250ms later, the right channel is interrupted twice for 250ms each time, with a 250ms gap inbetween.
