Zentralbild Quaschinsky 26.1.1955 III. Kongress des Verbandes Bildender Künstler. Im Kultursaal des VEB BAW in Berlin-Treptow, wird über mehrere Tage der III. Kongress des Verbandes Bildender Künstler durchgeführt. An dem Kongress nehmen die Delegierten aus den Bezirken der DDR und Berlins, Gastdelegierte und namhafte Künstler aus Westdeutschland teil.
