Description
English: Chelsea Pensioners line up and give three cheers in their bright red tunics for the Governors Review in the grounds of the Royal Hospital, Chelsea in West London.

The review is the final rehearsal for Founders day which is an annual event held by the Hospital to commemorate its founding by King Charles II.

Founders Day is held as close as possible to the birthday of King Charles II and the date of his restoration as King in May 1660.
