Author Published by Chinese communists on May 4, 1959. According to the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China Article 16 and Article 21, the emblem of the Communist Youth League's copyright holder was Central Committee of the Communist Youth League of China, which is a legal entity or an organization and, the term of copyright for the work has expired since 31 December 2009.
