[edit]This music sample is used in the article on the band Eläkeläiset as a representative sample of their music. Though the sample is subject to copyright, I (Ilmari Karonen) feel its use here is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:
- It adds significantly to the article, illustrating the distinctive humppa-punk-pop parody characteristic of the band.
- It is of much lower quality than the original (mono, 11 kHz, approx. 20 kbit/s) and contains less than half of the original length of the song.
- The free availability of a higher-quality full-length version from the band's own web site mitigates any possible effect that making this sample available could possibly have on the marketability of the original.
