A wide field (Fisheye lens) image of the sky above Providence taken by an automated camera at Ladd Observatory. Depending on the local weather conditions at the time the picture was taken this image might show either stars or cloud cover. The field of view is about 140 x 90 degrees with north at right, west at bottom, and zenith at center. A new version of the image is periodically uploaded by Mu301Bot. See the Wikiversity learning resource SkyCam for more information.
