English: 1. This object is a postcard with the theme of Tainan State Hall. The front is a color picture of Tainan State Hall. Tainan State Hall is a two-story building with telephone poles in front. The lower part contains "Tainan State Office" and "GOVERNMENT OFFICE OF TAINAN". The back is written on postcards. There is a map of the earth on the upper right. On the right is "邮便はがき" written in Chinese characters and hiragana, and "POST CARD" is printed on the upper side. , With the words "Made in Japan" in the center. 2. The Tainan State Hall was designed by Japanese architect Moriyama Matsunosuke. It is a two-story building made of bricks with load-bearing walls, steel beams, and reinforced concrete. The roof is a copper tile Massa roof, and there is a cylindrical shape on the left and right of the main entrance. The Guard Tower was located on the south side of Taisho Park (also known as Minsheng Green Park and Tang Dezhang Memorial Park) during the Japanese occupation. The Tainan State at that time included present-day Tainan, Chiayi, Yunlin and other counties and cities, including Tainan City and ten counties such as Xinfeng, Xinhua, Zengwen, Beimen, Xinying, Chiayi, Douliu, Huwei, Beigang, and Dongshi. Tainan State Hall The three systems of the Governor's Office, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and the Ministry of Police coordinate various affairs in Tainan Prefecture. It was used by the Tainan City Government after the war and is now the National Museum of Taiwan Literature, one of the national monuments.
中文:1. 本物件為以臺南州廳為主題的明信片,正面為臺南州廳的彩色圖片,臺南州廳為二層樓建物,前方架有電線桿。下方載有「臺南州廳」、「GOVERNMENT OFFICE OF TAINAN」,背面為明信片書寫面,右上方有一地球圖,右側有以漢字、平假名書寫之「郵便はがき」,正上方印有「POST CARD」,中央有「Made in Japan」字樣。 2. 臺南州廳係由日籍建築師森山松之助設計,為磚造承重牆、鋼梁、及鋼筋混凝土二層樓建築,屋頂為銅瓦馬薩式屋頂,正門立面左右皆有一座圓柱形衛塔,位於日治時期大正公園(又名民生綠園、湯德章紀念公園)的南側。當時的臺南州包含現今臺南、嘉義、雲林等縣市,含有臺南市及新豐、新化、曾文、北門、新營、嘉義、斗六、虎尾、北港、東石等十郡,臺南州廳以知事官房、內務部、警務部三個系統統籌臺南州的各種事務。戰後曾做為臺南市政府使用,現為國立臺灣文學館,為國定古蹟之一。
