In light of her 1970s advocacy with US federal government, I expect some photos of her exist but evidently are not digitized and released at present.
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	This image will be used only to identify the subject, in an entry with no other images.
Respect for commercial opportunities (WP:NFCC#2)	This photo has already been reused on a number of places running her obituary including the New York Times without identifying the copyright holder, so it appears very unlikely anyone has a future commercial interest in this work.
