Not replaceable with free media because (WP:NFCC#1)	I have approached the Metropolitan-Vickers archive but they do not have a picture of Hardwich. I have also searched the house journal of the Metropolitan‑Vickers Electrical Company (collection at Manchester Library) but I have been unable to identify a photograph of her.
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	It will be used once in the infobox at the top of the Isabel Hardwich article.
Respect for commercial opportunities (WP:NFCC#2)	This image is a small part of a larger image that includes Dorothy Mizoguchi. This image is also lower in resolution than the original held by the Institution of Engineering and Technology archives.
Other information	The subject of the photograph has been deceased since: 19 February 1987.
