Summary

Description

Postcard photo of NBC Radio stations KPO and KGO in San Francisco. The building shown was once referred to as Radio City West. However, NBC moved most of its radio programs to a building they built in Hollywood, naming that Radio City West. NBC did not own any radio stations in the Los Angeles area when the decision was made to move many radio shows to Hollywood.

Still, the network went forward with the plan to construct the building seen here in 1941.
