[edit]Description: Andrew Alexander Kroeg, Jr., circa 1904. Kroeg, then aged 19, was a senior at the College of Charleston in Charleston, South Carolina when, together with Simon Fogarty and L. Harry Mixson, he founded Pi Kappa Phi fraternity on December 10, 1904.
