Preston, USAF, Commander in Chief, U.S. Air Force Europe, upon his arrival at Wiesbaden AB, Germany. Gen. Muta was in Germany for an official visit with German Air Force officials and stopped at Wiesbaden to renew acquaintance with Gen.
