Detailed description of how this file was made:

OS: Ubuntu 22.04 x86_64

Compressed with Lyra from https://github.com/google/lyra commit 630be3348651a4c160514c77c1c1cd68cd484b61 from 2022-02-09, and built with Bazel 5.2.0 and Android NDK 21. The FFmpeg version used for resampling was 4.4.2-0ubuntu0.22.04.1 .

First I resampled to Lyra's native 16kHz:

ffmpeg -i north-wind.ogg -ar 16000 north-wind.wav

Then I entered the lyra repo's directory and encoded my file with the command:

bazel-bin/encoder_main --model_path=wavegru --output_dir=tmp --input_path=tmp/north-wind.wav

Then decoded it:

bazel-bin/decoder_main --model_path=wavegru --output_dir=tmp --encoded_path=tmp/north-wind.lyra

This command assumes the input and output files are located in ./tmp. The WAV file from the decoder was then converted to FLAC for upload.
