Description SAULT SAINTE MARIE, Mich. - Around 3 a.m. on Wednesday morning the bow of the Paul R. Tregurtha grounded on the edge of the navigation channel and her stern pivoted and grounded on the opposite side of the channel, completely blocking the approach to the Rock Cut in the Lower St. Marys River.
