Description
English: A piper with 4 SCOTS is pictured playing the bagpipes following a Transfer of Authority (TOA) ceremony between his 4 SCOTS unit and 5 RIFLES at Camp Bastion, Afghanistan in May 2014.

During the ceremony the bagpipes were played as the 4 SCOTS flags were lowered to be replaced with those of 5 RIFLES.
