Summary

Description
English: A pond of Spring Peepers and Wood Frogs -- Presqu'ile Provincial Park, Ontario, Canada. Field recording of a few hundred individuals in a pond 50 m × 30 m near Owen Point. The recording was made about an hour after sunset on 2006 April 16. The peepers produce the high "peeps" and the wood frogs emit the low, chattering, tones in the background. For their size, spring peepers are extremely loud; this fact can be fully appreciated by turning the playback up.
Íslenska: Tjörn með nokkrum hundruði froska af tegundinni Pseudacris crusifier ásamt skógarfroskum í Presquile héraðsgarðinum, í Ontario, Kanada. Upptakan var gerð klukkutíma eftir sólarlag. Froskarnir Pseudacris crusifier gefa frá sér hátíðnihljóð, á meðan skógarfroskarnir gefa frá sér lágu tónana í bakrunni.
