Description This is a photograph of the Royal Canadian Air Force No. 4 Wireless School Guelph, Ontario, Canada "Armaments Building" on the campus of the University of Guelph. This building was called the "Textile and Design" and/or the "Bacteriology" building by the University. The building was demolished around 2009-2010. The exact date of the photo is unknown.

This building was built as a temporary wireless training facility by the RCAF in 1941. The basement contained a 25 yard shooting range, and the upper portion contained wireless training cubicles. The building was given to the OAC (later the University of Guelph) by the RCAF when the air force withdrew on 22 February 1945. Building number 20 on the RCAF site plan.

The only use of this photo will be in the "Gallery" which depicts buildings and site on the University campus that were used the Royal Canadian Air Force between 1941-1945.
