Description	This is page one of the station magazine for RCAF Station Guelph, home of No. 4 Wireless School. The magazine was called "Sparks".[1] This issue is Volume 1, No. 2, Easter, 1942. The drawing on the masthead is a caricature of Adolf Hitler. Readers will note that the Commanding Officer of No. 4 WS, Keith Russell, had recently been promoted from Wing Commander to Group Captain. Sparks, like all station magazines, was produced by the students and staff of the station.

The newspaper itself was published in 1942 by members of the Royal Canadian Air Force stationed at Guelph as part of their duties. It is subject to Crown Copyright in Canada and is now in the Public Domain in Canada. The scanned image was purchased from the Guelph Civic Museum by the uploader and its use in Wikipedia is covered by the agreement between the uploader and the Guelph Civic Museum.

Though this image is subject to copyright, its use is covered by the U.S. fair use laws, and the stricter requirements of Wikipedia's non-free content policies, because:

1. It is a photo of a historically significant newspaper from RCAF No. 4 Wireless School.
