English: A Chinese victim of the Lucky South 99 POGO hub in his twenties is rescued by the Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission (PAOCC) and other authorities in the early hours of June 5, 2024 in Porac, Pampanga while still chained to a bedframe that came from the building where he was tortured.
Although he remains anonymous, the Chinese man together with another victim later filed a criminal complaint with the endorsement of PAOCC and the Philippine National Police against two Chinese nationals affiliated with Lucky South 99: Jiang Shi Guang and Qin Ren Gou. |
