English: Rnvr Crystal Palace, 1917

image: Sailors are being drilled in the grounds of Crystal Palace. Some of the sailors are dressed in white uniform and some in dark blue, with a group of men tending to a flagpole in the left foreground. There is another flagpole further back, which displays

naval communications flags. This is all set against the enormous Crystal Palace.
