Summary

Description
English: SOSUI hydrophobicity graph and Net Charge Density graph of the human TMEM89 protein. In the hydrophobicity graph, hydrophobicity is shown by the red line, the SOSUI region is shaded yellow green. In the net charge density graph, the orrange line is negative charge, blue is positive, and green is the net charge. The SOSUI region is again shaded yellow green. The x-axis is 22 amino acids short due to not being able to upload the TMEM89 signal peptide into SOSUI.
